How it works
Three steps, all in writing. Nothing leaves your hands without your approval.
You send three things
The grant agreement or contract, the approved budget, and the figures for the period. Spreadsheets, exports or PDFs are fine.
We prepare the pack
Software does the first pass; every pack is then checked by hand against the funder's conditions. Anything unclear comes back to you as a question.
You check and submit
The pack reaches you five working days before the deadline. You approve it and submit it yourself.

- Legal, tax or financial advice
- Signing or submitting anything on your behalf
- Judging what your project achieved — the impact story stays yours
- Calls or meetings — everything runs in writing
Prices
Fixed prices in pounds sterling. Start with one report and decide after you have seen the work.
Pilot
One funder, one report, delivered within five working days of receiving your documents.
Standard
Up to three funders, ongoing. Each pack with you five working days before its deadline.
Full
Up to eight funders, plus a deadline calendar across all of them.
Our promise: on a monthly plan, if a pack is not with you five working days before the funder's deadline, that month is free — provided your documents reached us ten working days before the deadline. On the pilot, if the pack is not with you within five working days of receiving your documents, you get the £290 back.
Your documents
Grant agreements and figures are sensitive. Here is how they are handled.
- Used for one purpose only: preparing your reports.
- Deleted or returned within 30 days of the work ending — sooner if you ask.
- Processed with AI tools whose providers do not train on your documents.
- We can sign your own data processing agreement (UK GDPR Article 28).

Who is behind it
Steadycroft is Christian Burkardt — a one-person office in Germany, working online and in writing only. No team, no call centre, no subcontracted writers. You deal with the person who checks your pack.
Steadycroft is new, so there are no client logos here yet. That is what the pilot is for: you judge the work, not the references.
